Booking an appointment

Real time online booking system

To make it easier to book your appointment / training, I have added an online booking system with Acuity so you can book a time that is convenient for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Step 1Choose the date and time that works for you and confirm your time zone

Step 2 – Enter your name and contact information (telephone number where I can reach you)

Step 3 – To reserve your time, click the reserve without paying button where you will be directed to a secure Stripe payment service and it will ask you to enter your credit card information and your postal code. Your card will not be charged. 

Step 4 – You will be sent an email confirmation of your appointment which you can reschedule / cancel directly within 24 hours (for all healing appointments) or 48 hours (for full day appointments / training). You will also receive a 24 hour reminder email. (Please review the cancellation policy under appointment details below).

Please note that Summerhurst is now located in DARTMOUTH, Nova Scotia.

If you live locally and you want to come in person, please note that I operate from my quiet residential home in Woodlawn area of Dartmouth that backs on a green zone for a touch of country Zen and a large pine tree to ground the space.

I have a dog (friendly Golden Retriever who normally goes on a play date), and a friendly cat named Mia who usually supervises from a distance. If you have any pet allergies, please take an allergy pill or consider not coming if your allergies are severe.

Here are a few other things to keep in mind before booking your appointment:

  1. All sessions are by appointment only. Doors are always locked. 
  2. Appointment times are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. No evenings or weekends.
  3. I believe in quality, not quantity. I dedicate 2 days a week to healing appointments (one client per day), and 3 days a week for business coaching or training (online or in-person).

Response Time

Please note that most of my appointments are either half days or full days. To be fully present, my phone is shut off most of the day and I likely will not see your message until after 6pm. 

I do my best to be in touch within 24 hours (or sooner) weekdays, or “by chance” on weekends. 

Appointment Details

For your convenience, I accept cash or e-transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit card, I can charge the credit card you used when you used the online booking with Stripe.  If you did not book online, I can send you a Stripe or PayPal invoice. Just let me know ahead of time.

I am proud to offer exclusive, private Half Day Healing Sessions and training at very reasonable prices.  For everyone’s benefit, I would like to keep it that way.  

So, if you must cancel an appointment, please be considerate and give me at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time for half day appointments (3+ hours), and at least 48 hours’ notice prior to full day training (9 hours).  

Otherwise, the full price of your appointment will be invoiced or charged to the credit card you used to reserve your online booking. If you choose to reschedule, your next appointment will need to be prepaid.

It is quick and easy to cancel or reschedule your appointment directly from your appointment’s confirmation email within the allowable time frame. Just go to your email, click the pink button that says “Change/Cancel Appointment” and make the appropriate changes. Once you are done, you will automatically receive an email confirmation.

The winter season is beautiful but sometimes full of surprises. If a snowstorm occurs on the day of your booking, please contact me directly to reschedule if driving is not an option. No penalty for rescheduling, it is just part of winter and I totally understand that safety comes first.

If your preferred time is not available, ask to be on the cancellation list and you will be contacted if a time slot becomes available.

Cancellations do happen, sometimes a week in advance, sometimes at the last minute.  Either way, it may be a win-win situation for everyone involved.

(Storm days are the most common cancellations. So, if you live nearby, bonus!)

Due to the personal nature of my energy healing, training, and business coaching services, I highly discourage against purchasing gift certificates UNLESS your loved one has clearly stated that they love working with me or want to book.

Finding an energy practitioner is a very personal decision. Plus, your loved one needs to be ready or they simply will not be interested. And that is 100% OK. 

If they book with me and you want to surprise them and pay for it, we can make that happen! Just contact me directly.

Please note that all prices are subject to change.

Gratuities are not included in treatment prices. Monetary rewards are solely at your discretion but always very much appreciated.

Signature Energy Therapy and Training Days are loaded with value and just enough time to make sure you maximize your visit benefits. Getting here late means your appointment time is shorter. For all appointments, please aim to be here 5 minutes ahead of time whenever possible, especially if it is your first appointment, as forms need to be signed before treatments can begin.

All virtual appointments require your postal code or zip code for tax purposes (collected and stored securely by secure online payment processor PayPal or Stripe).

If you live in Canada, you will be charged in CANADIAN dollars.

If you life outside of Canada, you will be charged in US dollars.
